Clinical Services Lead - Community Aged Care

Take on a key leadership role within an established community aged care service, supporting teams to deliver safe, responsive and high-quality care to older Australians living at home.

This is a broad position for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys developing people, improving services and providing direction across complex care, while having the autonomy to make a genuine impact.

The role Your focus will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing healthcare teams
• Building capability, performance and accountability
• Providing direction around complex care and service matters
• Promoting safe, consistent and high-quality clinical practice
• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
• Supporting quality, safety and effective risk management

About you: We're looking for an experienced clinical leader with strong clinical judgement, people leadership and a practical approach to service delivery.

You will ideally bring:

• Leadership experience within aged care, community services or healthcare
• Experience leading and developing clinical teams
• Confidence managing complex clinical and service matters
• Strong understanding of quality, safety and contemporary care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Community aged care or home care experience will be highly regarded, however strong residential aged care and healthcare leaders are also encouraged to apply.
