Clinical Practice Lead (Aged Care)

We have partnered with a well-established aged care provider who is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join their community leadership team. This is a fantastic role for a senior clinician (RN) who is passionate about overseeing best practice and driving positive outcomes for clients.

You'll become the organisation's clinical expert, working closely with teams to build on clinical skills, improve consistency and support the delivery of high-quality community based care.

Key Duties:

• Mentor, coach and support a team of registered nurses 
• Review clinical assessments, care plans and documentation
• Influence best-practice clinical care across the organisation
• Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical systems, processes and best practice
• Provide specialist clinical support and guidance where required

About You: 

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration 
• 5+ years as a Registered Nurse including experience in Community Aged Care or Support at Home 
• Proven experience managing a successful clinical team 
• Interested in contributing to quality, governance and service improvement
