The Opportunity

Lead a medium-sized residential aged care home only 1 hour from Brisbane CBD. As Facility Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home. 

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Take ownership of the home's operational, financial and clinical performance.
• Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the service.
• Build a positive, accountable culture where staff feel supported to succeed.
• Strengthen relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
• Champion person-centred care while achieving outstanding resident and organisational outcomes.

About You

• Previous experience as a manager within residential aged care. 
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration, or a tertiary qualification in a relevant health discipline.
• Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
• Sound financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
