Community Care Manager

Join a well-established community aged care provider in a senior leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to lead an established service while supporting continued operational excellence and future growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of quality and compliance, and contribute to business development initiatives across the region. This role offers a genuine balance of operations, leadership, relationship management and strategic growth.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of an established community care service
• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Drive operational performance, client outcomes and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, quality standards and organisational policies
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector
• Support business development and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor budgets, workforce planning and service performance
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Significant leadership experience within Community Aged Care is essential 
• Strong understanding of Support at Home programs and community service delivery
• Clinical background highly regarded but not essential
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and driving operational outcomes
• Sound knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance and governance
• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and referral networks
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance quality care, operational performance and business growth
• Passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, families and staff
