Registered Nurse - Aged Care | Permanent | QLD

We have a range of permanent Registered Nurse opportunities available throughout Queensland, partnering with a mix of well-established private and not-for-profit aged care providers.

The majority of our current opportunities are based across coastal, regional and North QLD locations, offering a strong lifestyle move alongside supportive, well-run residential aged care services.

The Role: As a Registered Nurse in residential aged care, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and leading shifts within established teams.

• Medication administration and clinical care
• Care planning and documentation
• Leading and supporting care staff on shift
• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Building strong relationships with residents and families

What we’re looking for:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 
• Experience within residential aged care or a strong clinical background
• Open to new graduate / early-career RNs with the right attitude and willingness to learn
• Growing confidence in leading shifts and supporting care teams
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
