RN - Clinical Team Lead | Community Aged Care

A great opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a leadership role, supporting a small nursing team and staying connected to clients across the Brisbane region.

As the CTL, you’ll provide clinical oversight and guidance to a team of Nurses delivering high-quality care to community-based clients. You’ll play an active role in developing staff capability, driving clinical quality, and supporting strong relationships between the nursing and coordination teams. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Quality Manager and wider leadership group who value collaboration, empowerment, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to Nurses
• Oversee clinical reviews, care planning and client assessments
• Support training and competency development across the clinical team
• Work collaboratively with Care Coordinators and Quality teams to ensure client outcomes are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical governance reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Support at Home readiness initiatives

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in community as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in a Clincial Leadership role
• Strong mentoring and leadership capability
• Confident managing assessments, reviews and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
