Quality and Governance Manager – Aged Care

Work for a well-respected not-for-profit aged care provider as their Quality and Governance Manager, leading quality, compliance, and governance across both residential and community services.

This senior role will drive improvement initiatives, strengthen governance frameworks, and embed a proactive quality culture while supporting leaders to deliver safe, person-centred care through ongoing aged care reforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and embed a robust Quality and Governance Framework
• Oversee policy development, review, and implementation
• Conduct internal audits across residential and community programmes
• Support education, training, and compliance initiatives
• Analyse data from incidents, complaints, and audits to identify improvement opportunities
• Mentor and guide managers to strengthen capability and governance

About You:

• Forward-thinking leader with both strategic insight and hands-on experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quality, Governance, or Compliance leadership role within aged care
• Skilled in developing and embedding quality systems and policy frameworks
• Strong knowledge across residential and community aged care settings
• Experienced in aligning governance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and mentoring skills
