You will be working with a leading civil contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects across New South Wales. With a culture built on safety, collaboration, and technical excellence, we are proud to be delivering one of Sydney’s landmark water infrastructure projects valued at $250 million.
As our pipeline grows, we’re seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of this high-profile project.
The Role As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in coordinating engineering and construction activities
You will:

• Manage day-to-day engineering functions across the project lifecycle
• Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and designers
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Oversee QA/QC, ITPs, and safety documentation
• Liaise with Sydney Water representatives, consultants, and other key stakeholders
• Provide technical support and mentoring to site and graduate engineers

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within civil infrastructure
• Previous experience working on Sydney Water or water utility projects (preferred)
• Strong understanding of WSAA standards and Sydney Water codes
• Proven ability to manage technical aspects of large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Full Australian working rights
