We’re working with a progressive, people-focused real estate agency that is looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team. The Role You’ll take ownership of a well-managed residential portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring the day-to-day management of the portfolio runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
• Managing tenant enquiries and requests
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Conducting routine inspections and managing follow-up
• Handling lease renewals, arrears and compliance
• Managing ingoing and outgoing processes
• Liaising with trades, contractors and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
• Providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants
