We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join this high-performing agency in Melbourne’s Inner South East.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-end portfolio within a premium market, working closely with a supportive team that values quality, relationships and exceptional client service.

The Role

• Manage a high-end residential portfolio with full end-to-end responsibility with leasing support 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee leasing, inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance
• Provide proactive, personalised service to a premium client base
• Work within a boutique environment where your experience is genuinely valued

About You

• 5+ years’ property management experience
• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
• Confident managing a premium portfolio independently
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Professional presentation and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service
