We are working with a well-established real estate office backed by a huge rent roll and a large, active sales team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Office Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead from the front.

About the Role This is a senior leadership position responsible for the day-to-day performance, culture and growth of the sales team and office. You will be the driving force behind structure, accountability and results.
You will:

• Lead, mentor and manage a large, high-volume sales team
• Drive listing, prospecting and sales performance
• Implement systems, processes and KPIs to maximise results
• Work closely with directors to execute business strategy
• Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running
• Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent

What We’re Looking For

• Proven real estate management experience (Sales Manager, Office Manager or similar)
• A strong background in residential sales
• Confident leader who knows how to motivate, coach and drive performance
• Commercially minded with the ability to grow market share
• Highly organised, professional and results-driven
• Someone who is ready to step up and make their mark
