We’re on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our close-knit, growing business in Prahran. This is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to properly embed themselves in a smaller, supportive agency with a clear growth plan and genuine career progression.

You’ll work closely with an experienced Property Manager, gaining hands-on exposure across property management and leasing, while being supported to develop your skills and confidence.
The role includes:

• Assisting with a managed portfolio
• Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
• Leasing duties including advertising, open homes and applications
• Routine inspections and reporting
• Maintenance coordination
• General administration and support

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in property management or leasing (preferred)
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Someone who values teamwork and wants to grow long-term
• Availability to work every 3rd Saturday
