The role

• End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
• Strong focus on landlord and tenant relationships
• Proactive management of arrears, maintenance and compliance
• Confident handling of VCAT matters when required
• Working closely with support staff and leadership

About you

• Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager
• Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
