You’ll work closely with high-performing agents, gaining hands-on experience in two fast-paced divisions of the industry. This is the perfect pathway for someone with big ambitions who’s looking for structure, mentorship, and genuine career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with residential and commercial listing preparation
• Supporting agents with buyer and tenant enquiry management
• Attending open homes, property inspections and onsite meetings
• Conducting market research, prospecting, and database nurturing
• Preparing proposals, contracts, marketing materials and reports
• Prospecting and building relationships across both divisions
• Providing strong customer service to vendors, buyers, landlords & tenants
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and property presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine interest in both commercial and residential real estate
• Drive, resilience and a strong growth mindset
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or progress towards it)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
