What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting property inspections and open homes
• Liaising with prospective tenants and following up leads
• Processing rental applications and preparing lease agreements
• Supporting the property management team with general administration
• Assisting with routine inspections, ingoing and exit reports 
• Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
• Building your knowledge of property management systems and legislation

Your Path to Property Management: We’re invested in your success. This role is designed to transition into a Junior Property Manager position within 12–18 months. You'll receive:

• 6–12 months experience in real estate, sales, or customer service
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
