Are you an experienced and strategic property management leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a driven, highly organised Head of Department (HOD) to lead and inspire our Property Management team. This is a key leadership role within our business – ideal for someone who is passionate about people, performance, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

About the Role: As Head of Department, you will take full ownership of the Property Management division – overseeing team performance, operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on leading a high-performing team while driving innovation and growth within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers and support staff
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure compliance, efficiency, and service excellence
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Implement and refine systems and processes to streamline operations
• Monitor KPIs, manage performance, and conduct regular training and reviews
• Collaborate with Directors and other department heads to drive business strategy and growth
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team culture

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in property management leadership (HOD, Team Leader, Senior PM)
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and property management practices
• Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused approach
• Ability to build rapport with clients and staff alike
• A current real estate licence or certificate of registration
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
