We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate agency located in Bayside.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio with full support from a dedicated leasing team, compliance officers, inspection specialists, and a large team of Virtual Assistants handling the day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio management with a strong focus on client relationships.
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance requirements.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades.
• Handling rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Minimising rental arrears and ensuring legal compliance.
• Working closely with the internal support teams.

About You:

• Experience as a Property Manager (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with a supportive team behind you.
