Your Role Will Include:

• Managing a well-maintained portfolio with minimal stress
• Handling tenant and landlord communications with professionalism
• Coordinating maintenance requests and property compliance
• Conducting routine inspections, entry, and exit reports
• Managing rental arrears and lease renewals
• Ensuring excellent customer service and problem-solving for clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in property management (minimum 1 year preferred)
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with property management software (PropertyMe, Console, PropertyTree, etc.) is a bonus
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
