About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Manager to join this amazing team, overseeing a portfolio of 170-180 properties in the Warragul area. This role offers the opportunity to focus on providing excellent client service and efficient property management, with key routine inspections, trust accounting, and leasing handled separately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 170-180 residential properties.
• Build strong relationships with RRPs and renters, ensuring a high level of service.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance requests and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with renter queries, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Handle any tenancy disputes, following established processes.
• Utilise property management software to maintain accurate records.
