We’re looking for a talented and dedicated Commercial Property Manager to join our team in the heart of Melbourne’s vibrant CBD.

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties within Melbourne's CBD. You will play a key role in ensuring the properties are well-maintained, financially viable, and compliant with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solution-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Melbourne CBD, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews in collaboration with clients and tenants.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and property operations.
• Develop and manage annual property budgets, monitor expenses, and optimise financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
• Handle tenant inquiries, issues, and disputes, providing timely resolutions.
• Prepare and present regular property reports to clients, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing, property maintenance, and financial management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Real Estate License or similar qualification (preferred).
• Knowledge of current property laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
