• Leadership: Oversee the entire Property Management department, providing guidance, direction, and a supportive team environment.
• Training & Development: Focus on training, mentoring, and nurturing the professional growth of team members to maintain a standard of excellence.
• Platform Implementation: Lead the rollout of new platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and team performance.
• Portfolio Quality: Conduct regular portfolio audits to ensure quality control and compliance across the department.
