Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a portfolio, including tenant and landlord communications, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals.
• Support senior property managers with administrative tasks and routine inspections.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch customer service.

 Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 12-18 months in property management, with a solid understanding of leasing, tenant interactions, and property maintenance.

Skills: Excellent communication, organisational skills, and an eagerness to learn from experienced team members.

Personality: Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused, with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
