Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in property or rental administration, property management or leasing. 
• Strong understanding of property management processes and relevant regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills to lead and support teams both locally and offshore.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and property management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of tasks effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
