 About the Role:

• Manage a clean, established portfolio with minimal arrears
•  Oversee tenant and landlord communications, fostering strong relationships
• Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, and manage maintenance requests
• Collaborate closely with leasing and BDMs to ensure seamless portfolio management
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

 About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager, with strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work autonomously while being a team player
• Tech-savvy with experience using property management software
• Solution-oriented and capable of handling high-pressure situations with confidence and professionalism
• Exceptional customer service skills and a strong understanding of Victorian rental legislation
