About the role: 
 
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager (QLD) to join our growing Motors Team and help deliver on our sales strategy while building strong relationships with internal and external partners. In this role, you’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on driving commercial performance and creating meaningful customer experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to new features that engage and delight our customers while being supported with training, development, and the autonomy to solve problems and explore new ways of working. What you’ll do:

• Represent our brand with integrity and build strong customer relationships to positively shape perceptions of Autotrader Group, CarsGuide, and Gumtree
• Deliver outstanding service, offering tailored solutions to help customers achieve ROI and become brand advocates
• Stay informed on our products, services, and market trends to educate and add value for customers
• Act as the main point of contact for all customer needs related to Autotrader Group
• Grow your pipeline, leverage your network, and exceed quarterly sales targets
• Monitor site performance, complete quarterly visit cycles, maintain service levels, and pitch the full product suite based on client needs
• Be out in the field, customer visits and relationship management

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in key account management or solution-based sales
• The ability to clearly and confidently communicate and build trusted, long-term relationships
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and sales results
• Skills in organisation, negotiation, and influencing
• Exceptional presentation skills across face-to-face, video, and phone
• A data-driven approach to everything you do, using insights to guide decisions
• Self-starter mindset with adaptability, motivation, and team spirit
• Salesforce experience is a plus
