About the role:
Reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager, the ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment with an in-depth understanding of the Caravan, Marine or Motorbike marketplaces and competitive landscape within Australia. They will have strong business development capabilities with a passion for developing their area of business. They will consistently strive for sales excellence and have a strong strategic vision with the ability to identify and translate challenges into business opportunities that benefit our clients and the business.
The Business Development Manager role is a pivotal role that is crucial in ensuring we achieve our vision to become the leading automotive marketplace in Australia. They will achieve our vision by providing a customer-centric and commercially driven approach to problem solving and providing best-in-class service to customers. The role is predominantly field-based and will require regular interstate travel.
