Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to fine dining standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and new culinary ideas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise food waste, and assist with ordering.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to maintaining the restaurant's reputation for culinary excellence.

About You

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably within a fine dining or premium restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality ingredients.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
