Lode Pies and Pastries Pty Ltd operates multiple retail locations across Sydney, including Surry Hills, Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Rozelle and Chatswood.
The business is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee retail operations, coordinate staff and support the efficient delivery of customer service across its retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day retail operations.
• Supervising, training and coordinating retail staff.
• Planning staff rosters and allocating duties to ensure appropriate store coverage.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the ordering and receipt of products and supplies.
• Maintaining appropriate product presentation and merchandising standards.
• Monitoring sales performance, operating costs and stock movements.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and responding to customer enquiries and feedback.
• Coordinating with staff and management to support efficient store operations.
• Maintaining accurate operational and stock records.
• Ensuring the retail environment is clean, organised and appropriately presented.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and other applicable requirements.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong staff supervision and team management skills.
• Experience with stock control and day-to-day retail operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to monitor operational requirements and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment.

Employment Details Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: AUD $75,000 – $95,000 per annum
