Located in Margaret River WA 6285, Sons Of Naples, operated by Bella Napoli Margaret River Pty Ltd, offers an Italian dining experience with a menu featuring pizza, pasta, antipasti, side dishes and desserts.

Sons Of Naples is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join their kitchen team and contribute to the preparation and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Planning and organising food preparation and cooking activities to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Preparing and cooking pasta, pizza, starters, mains and other menu items as required.
• Monitoring the quality, freshness and suitability of ingredients and finished dishes.
• Contributing to menu planning and the development of dishes.
• Managing portion sizes and ingredient usage to maintain consistency and minimise food waste.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering, receiving and appropriate storage of food and kitchen supplies.
• Coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent food preparation during service.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring equipment and utensils are properly maintained.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Chef.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and commercial kitchen operations.
• Experience preparing and cooking a range of dishes in a professional restaurant environment.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes while maintaining portioning and presentation standards.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a kitchen team.

Salary: AUD $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
