Located in Lawson NSW 2783, Lawson Hair Couture is a full-service hair salon providing a range of professional hairdressing services, including ladies’ and men’s haircuts, hair styling, colouring, foils, balayage, ombre, rinses, perming, straightening, keratin treatments, hair extensions and up-styling.
Lawson Hair Couture is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Hairdresser to join their professional team and provide high-quality hairdressing services to its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients to understand their individual hair care, styling and colouring requirements.
• Cutting, trimming, shaping and styling hair according to client preferences.
• Providing professional hair colouring services, including tints, foils, balayage, ombre and rinses.
• Performing hair treatments, straightening, perming and keratin treatments as required.
• Washing, conditioning and treating hair and scalp according to individual client needs.
• Creating blow-dry, styling and up-styling finishes for clients, including special occasions.
• Providing hair extension services where required.
• Advising clients on suitable hairstyles, colours, treatments, hair care routines and appropriate products.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation and presentation of tools, equipment and work areas.
• Keeping up to date with current hairdressing techniques, products, styles and industry trends.
• Delivering professional and personalised customer service while contributing to a welcoming salon environment.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hairdresser.
• Relevant hairdressing qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Strong hair cutting, colouring and styling skills.
• Experience with a range of professional hairdressing techniques and treatments.
• Good knowledge of hair and scalp care and appropriate hair products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer service approach.
• Ability to understand individual client requirements and provide personalised hair services.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high professional and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Employment Details Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annum
