Chef de Partie – Antipasti | Port Douglas

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie – Antipasti to join their professional kitchen team in beautiful Port Douglas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a high-quality selection of Italian antipasti, starters and cold dishes, with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, consistency and presentation.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of Italian antipasti and starters.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with preparation and other kitchen duties when required.

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Experience preparing antipasti and Italian cuisine is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for quality food and Italian cuisine.
