Chef – Pizza Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our busy and well-established pizza restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering high-quality Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pasta and other Italian dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
• Monitor food quality, stock levels, and kitchen inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef in a pizza or Italian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
