Envision Catering Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Papi's Birria Tacos, operates a business specialising in authentic Mexican-style birria tacos across multiple locations throughout Sydney. The business is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Retail Manager to oversee daily retail operations across its venues, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, and effective team leadership. The successful candidate will be required to work across the business's Darlinghurst and Marrickville locations as required to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations across multiple store locations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, including rostering, training and performance monitoring.
• Maintain stock levels through ordering, receiving and inventory control.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
• Monitor the presentation, pricing and display of products throughout the stores.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with merchandising, promotional activities and seasonal marketing campaigns.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good knowledge of stock control, merchandising and retail sales processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work across the Darlinghurst and Marrickville locations in accordance with operational requirements.

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: AUD $80,000 – $95,000 per annum
