Located in Cairns central (QLD), HairPop Man is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Hairdresser to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to assess their hair care and styling requirements.
• Cutting, trimming, colouring, bleaching, styling, and treating hair using professional techniques.
• Providing advice on hair care, grooming, and suitable products to maintain healthy hair.
• Delivering high-quality customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the salon.
• Managing appointments and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Keeping up to date with current hairdressing trends, techniques, and products.
• Assisting with stock control, product displays, and general salon operations.

About You:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Hairdresser.
• Relevant hairdressing qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: $76,000 – $86,000 per annum
