Located in Woolwich NSW, Cucinetta is an Italian restaurant offering authentic Italian cuisine, quality service, and a welcoming dining experience. The restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily operations and support its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Leading, supervising, and training front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinating restaurant service to ensure smooth daily operations
• Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow
• Monitoring operational costs, including labour and stock usage
• Assisting with ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintaining presentation standards and contributing to the overall success of the venue

About You:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

 
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
 
Salary: $79,000 - $95,000 per annum
