Located in Paddington NSW, CAGC Family Trust trading as Cipri Italian is a modern Italian dining venue currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with restaurant standards
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of menu items
• Preparing ingredients and ensuring food is ready for service periods
• Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
• Ensuring food is stored, handled, and prepared safely and hygienically
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and food preparation areas
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies as required
• Assisting other kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
• Following food safety, workplace health, and hygiene regulations
• Performing other kitchen duties as directed by senior kitchen staff

About You:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook or in a similar role
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: $79,000 - $89,000 per annum
