Located in Blacktown NSW 2148, Designer Electrostatic Painters is a professional painting business specialising in electrostatic spray painting and quality surface finishes, currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers or sealers as required.
• Applying paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and electrostatic painting methods.
• Mixing and matching paints to achieve required colours, textures, and finishes.
• Painting a range of surfaces including metal fixtures, doors, frames, gates, railings, and other residential or commercial fittings.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail and finish quality.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organised manner.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures, including correct handling of paints, chemicals, and equipment.
• Working with clients and team members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

About you:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Painter or in a similar painting role.
• Experience with spray painting or electrostatic painting will be highly regarded.
• Good knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and ability to complete work within deadlines.
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach to work.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
