Located in Armadale WA, Taste of Italy is a vibrant hospitality venue currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards
• Planning menus and contributing to the development of new dishes and seasonal specials
• Ensuring food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations
• Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation before service
• Managing kitchen stock, ordering supplies, and reducing food wastage
• Supervising and supporting kitchen staff during preparation and service
• Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring safe work practices at all times
• Working closely with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction

About you:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
