Hospitality experience is highly preferred. They are seeking someone who is bubbly, organised, confident speaking with people, and genuinely passionate about customer service, food, and building strong client relationships with chefs and venues.
The role involves:
• Managing and nurturing chef and venue relationships
• Customer service and sales support
• Growing and developing existing accounts
• Visiting hospitality venues
• Working with premium seasonal seafood products
• CRM updates and general administration
• Supporting the growth of the wholesale division
