Nationwide Carpentry and Construction trading as Yo-Bar, Clayton South VIC 3169, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Retail Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily retail operations and maintaining high customer service standards
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating inventory control activities
• Assisting with purchasing activities, product pricing, and merchandising displays
• Promoting and selling products while providing customer assistance and product advice
• Maintaining records of stock movements, sales transactions, and operational activities
• Assisting with budgeting and monitoring store performance and expenses
• Supervising, training, and supporting retail staff members
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and company procedures

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage stock control and retail operations efficiently
• Experience supervising and supporting team members in a retail environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Salary:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
