Temple Day Spa is a luxury wellness destination offering premium spa experiences, skincare treatments, massage therapies and relaxation packages in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consulting with clients to assess skincare and wellness needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Performing facial and body treatments, including hydration treatments, exfoliation therapies and relaxation services.
• Providing massage treatments and wellness therapies in accordance with client requirements and spa standards.
• Providing beauty and wellness treatments including facials, body therapies, relaxation treatments and specialised spa services using professional techniques and premium products.
• Assisting in specialised spa packages, couples treatments and wellness experiences offered by the business.
• Maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, tools and spa equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Managing bookings, maintaining accurate client records and assisting with appointment scheduling.
• Advising clients on skincare, wellness routines and recommending suitable beauty and spa products.
• Assisting in creating a relaxing, luxurious and professional spa experience for all clients.
About you:
• Minimum one year of relevant experience as a Beauty Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of beauty therapy treatments, skincare procedures and massage techniques.
• Ability to provide personalised consultations and professional spa services.
• Good understanding of hygiene practices and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
• Passion for wellness, relaxation therapies and delivering exceptional client experiences.
