I Gladiatori Osteria Romana is now looking for an experienced Cook to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
• Ensure consistency in food presentation, taste, and portion control.
• Assist in menu preparation and contribute to the development of new dishes.
• Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and assist with supply orders.
• Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high culinary standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cook.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and industry regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food production.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passion for food and a willingness to learn and contribute to the kitchen’s success.scale.

Job Type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $76,000 - $82,000 per year
