Key Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations during busy service
Prepare and cook high-quality steak and rib dishes
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and cost management
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Manage rosters and control labour/food costs
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume venue
Strong skills in meat preparation and cooking
Leadership and team management experience
Relevant cooking qualifications
