Chilli Enfield Pty Ltd located in Enfield, New South Wales 2133 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled ICT Customer Support Officer to join their team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing first-level technical support to staff by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Responding to support requests via phone, email, or internal systems in a timely manner
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, devices, and applications
• Troubleshooting system and network issues and escalating complex matters when required
• Assisting with user account setup, access permissions, and system access management
• Maintaining accurate records of support requests and solutions provided
• Supporting system updates, upgrades, and routine IT maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with organisational IT policies and security procedures
• Assisting users with the effective use of IT systems and tools

  
About you:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in ICT support or a similar role
• Relevant qualification in Information Technology or related field
• Sound knowledge of computer systems, software, and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
