The Paul Laukart Family Trust trading as PL Building, located in Ringwood East VIC 3135, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter to join their team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber and other materials for construction and repair work
• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures such as frameworks, doors, windows, and flooring
• Carrying out general carpentry tasks for residential projects, including renovations and maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment and ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition
• Collaborating with team members and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects

  
About you:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Carpenter
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Skilled in the use of carpentry tools and equipment
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in a range of working conditions
