High Profile Private SA Healthcare Organisation is looking for a permanent Billing Officer/ Accounts Officer to provide accurate billing, claiming and reconciliation of services across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Processing complex billing and patient accounts.
• Submitting and reconciling medicare, private health fund and third-party claims.
• Reviewing billing information to ensure services are accurately coded and billed.
• Identifying, investigating and resolving billing and claiming discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes and procedures.

  
Required Background:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical billing or patient billing required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and a willingness to investigate and resolve issues.
