We are seeking experienced
Schedulers and Senior Schedulers who are open to relocating to the USA with full visa sponsorship and relocation support.

You will become part of established project teams supporting owners, contractors and consultants to successfully deliver complex mission critical construction projects.
The Role As a
Scheduler / Senior Scheduler, you will provide planning and scheduling expertise across major data centre developments, working closely with project teams to monitor progress, identify risks and support successful project delivery.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong Primavera P6 capability, excellent communication skills and the confidence to provide independent scheduling advice.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
- Review contractor schedules and monitor project progress.
- Identify critical path activities, schedule risks and potential delays.
- Perform delay analysis, recovery planning and schedule impact assessments.
- Review baseline schedules, milestones and progress updates.
- Identify schedule quality issues including logic errors, open ends, constraints and excessive lags.
- Assess the impact of project changes on programme delivery.
- Prepare clear schedule reports and recommendations for project stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and confidently communicate scheduling advice.
- Work collaboratively with owners, contractors and project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
About You To be successful you will ideally have:
- Australian or UK Citizenship (required for visa sponsorship).
- Approximately 5-10 years' experience in construction planning, scheduling or project controls.
- Strong hands-on experience using Primavera P6.
- Experience developing and managing complex construction schedules.
- Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), logic, float and schedule analysis.
- Experience reviewing and challenging contractor programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently within a client-facing environment.
Highly Regarded - Previous data centre or mission critical project experience.
- Experience across electrical, mechanical or MEP construction.
- Exposure to commissioning, energisation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Candidates with experience across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, energy or other complex construction sectors are also encouraged to apply.
