OPPORTUNITIES

• Contract Administrator - An Aged Care project in Castle Hill -  $100m
• Contract Administrator - A health project in Bankstown - $35m
• Contract Administrator - A health research project in North Strathfield - TBA

• Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration packages
• Control project costs, variations and financial reporting
• Administer head contract and subcontractor progress claims
• Manage subcontractor performance and commercial compliance
• Support cash flow management and monthly cost reporting
• Mentor and support junior Contracts Administrators

• 3 - 7 years’ experience in a CA role
• Exposure to commercial construction projects
• Strong willingness to learn and develop
• Experience managing subcontract packages end-to-end
• Strong understanding of procurement, cost control and reporting
