The Role
We're looking for an experienced Electrician with strong experience on commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role on high-rise and commercial sites, where you'll lead electrical work, troubleshoot complex faults, and coordinate installations with rigging and crane teams.
If you're experienced, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership on challenging projects, this role is for you.
 
What You'll Do

• Lead on-site electrical, rigging, maintenance, repair, and testing tasks
• Install and commission construction hoists and vertical access systems
• Diagnose and fix advanced electrical faults, including moving motor systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and major fault-finding
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure work meets safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with site teams and management

About You

• Senior commercial electrician with experience with large commercial construction projects, ideally high-rise or large-scale commercial experience
• Skilled with moving motors and complex electrical systems
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Committed to workplace health, safety, and site compliance

Essential Qualifications

• A-Grade Electrical Licence
• VFC, PLC, and ALC experience
• Driver's licence
• Construction White Card

Desirable

• Experience with construction hoists, rack & pinion lifts, or vertical access equipment
• Experience with Moving Motors
• Rigger, Work at Heights, or First Aid training
• 4+ Years Experience
