This role presents a long-term career opportunity within South Australia. Working centrally from modern offices with a talented team in the Adelaide CBD.
YOUR NEXT ROLE
As the Contract Administrator, you will:
- Monthly reports
- Review quotes
- Approve claims
- Procurement
- Generate purchase orders
- Manage subcontractor relationships
- Subcontractor variations
- Prepare agreements
- Contractor completion tasks - defect management
- Ad hoc tasks
ARE YOU A FIT?
To be considered successful, you will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and experience working for small, mid or large size commercial builder within Australia. You will have had some experience working on general commercial construction buildings or residential multi-level apartment building projects.
